The South Florida Chapter of HDI (http://www.soflahdi.com) will be hosting their Winter Event on February 11, 2010.  Featured speakers include Eddie Vidal, HDI South Florida Chapter President, and Tim Dewey, CEO of B Virtual, Inc.  Eddie will present a on the topic “Call Effectiveness Monitoring...Scoring for Success” and Tim will discuss “Making the Case for the Virtual Support Center”.  This free event will be held at Carnival Cruise Lines Headquarters in Doral, FL from 1 to 4 pm.  Refreshments and networking will be provided!  Come kick off the new decade of Service Management Excellence with your peers in the HDI South Florida Chapter.
